Etsu Japanese Gin 43° 0.7L Tennessee the marula fruitEtsu is a refreshing Japanese gin from the island of Hokkaido. The name literally means "pleasure" in Japanese and this is what the distiller also wants to achieve with this citrus tinted gin. The yuzu fruit is used as a base, in combination with Japanese pepper and Japanese green tea leaves. Fresh and floral aroma and a balanced taste of juniper, flowers and characteristic citrus. Even finish it as a gin and tonic with a mint leaf!
